Cedar Rock Farm of Lenoir is owned and operated by Neal and Beth Martin. We are a small family farm specializing in Belted Galloway Cows located in western North Carolina, close to the Blue Ridge Mountains. 

We are proud to offer some of the finest quality beef available. Our herd consists of purebred Belties, which are known for their marbling and tenderness. The animals live a stress-free life on our farm where they enjoy plenty of pasture and open space.  This allows them to grow at a pace that is right for them, resulting in delicious beef that is tender and low in fat. Our cows are grass fed on pasture and hay throughout the year which gives them plenty of exercise which produces tender flavorful meat with less fat than grain finished beef.
